Here's a picture of my table setting. I got to use the China set we got for our wedding for the first time! So excited!
My delicious turkey. Baked for 3 hours and basted every 10 minutes...frequent basting's the key to a tender and juicy turkey!
Don making his world-famous and fiendishly good turkey gravy! Mmmmmmmm!!!!!
Here's Nick and Pam. They came all the way down from Traverse City--in a blizzard no less--to have Thanksgiving dinner with us! Yay! So glad they made it, safe and sound!!
Gee, I think Nick enjoyed drinking the good Scotchy-wotchy with Don! He looks mighty happy now!
And a (somewhat blurry) picture of my Christmas tree, all decked out with the cool new ornaments that Pam helped me find at the dollar store. Yay! Now all I need are a few more lights outside the front door and some wrapped presents to put under the tree.

Yea. That's an idea! I like the mini tree in my room idea! I just might do that! *thinks* Now to just find a cheep little tree...and some lights and a few decorations!......but now where the hell would I put it????? *looks around room* I wonder?

You should just get a little fake tree for your room and put some mini-ornaments on it. And all the presents you put under it will be for you, and not your parents! (Sorry, that's mean.)
And I just strung up some new lights last night, so I dedicate them to you!!

Wow! Pretty hard wood floor!! LUCKY!! And Don let you have a tree! *jealous* The parental units are being anal over the holidays. They wouldn't help me with getting the decorations down from the attic for Halloween, so I'm not even going to bother with asking for Christmas stuff. *is very sad* And the saddest bit is that I am the ONLY one in my house that gives a shite over decorating/holiday spirit.
String some lights for me, will ya?? Very purdy tree too!!
